Phase 2
Interior Design / Furniture Fixtures Equipment
- Owner approves final FFE selections.
- Owner signs FFE Order Approvals.
- Haltner issues FFE purchase orders.
Phase 3
Contract Documents / Bidding / Permitting
- Owner approves final construction plans and costs.
- Owner signs construction contract.
- Haltner acquires building permit.
Phase 4
Contract Administration / Construction
- Haltner signs subcontractor contracts.
- Haltner issues materials and equipment purchase orders.

Sandra Haltner
Sandra has 30+ years of commercial Design + Build experience as a Project Manager leading teams from 5 to 25 employees in the design and construction of banks, credit unions, corporate and retail projects throughout Texas.
Jordan Vazquez
Jordan is pursuing his architectural license while working at Haltner as an architectural intern associate. He has led the local chapter of the American Institute of Architecture Students at the University of Houston as president and former secretary.
